New pedals

So with new pedals and shoes, I rode about 16mph, however my left foot would tingle like it was falling asleep, and I had to readjust my seat again. I was hoping that I would not have had to much readjustments but it looks like it is not done yet.

The shop that I went to, to get the pedals was a shop that I had used a lot in the past. I am guessing that over the time I was away, the customer service has gone away. I am not sure why, other then to think that I don't have the money to spend on the best anymore and so I am not as an important of a customer. The shop has been well liked and used for many years, so you would think that they would keep up with what sells the best and that is service. i am now left in a very interesting position, go back and force them to help me, return the stuff that I bought and go somewhere else. I am not sure what is the best course of action.

My normal side of make them work for me is pulling hard. But as I have been moving around with the navy and my new life as a civilian, I think that I am becoming soft. I at times don't want to pick the fights. So here I sit, wondering.

My general feeling is that as a service shop if you don't help the guy that is riding and the ride becomes pain full because of parts not working right. It would kill the shop, because nobody is riding. My little brother just got a new bike and his shop spent some good time with him making sure that he fit the bike and the bike fit him. Hearing this makes me want to go and visit his shop. Well it is time to get going. I still have to make the calls to find someone that will help me get my bike dialed in so that I can go for miles with out have body parts fall asleep
